Cabot Properties Welcomes Dominic Ambriano as New Director of Asset Management in Australia

Cabot Properties, a prominent global player in the investment, development, and management of logistics facilities across the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific, has recently appointed Dominic Ambriano as its new Director and Head of Asset Management for Australia.

Based in Sydney, Ambriano will take charge of the company’s asset management activities, focusing on maximizing returns and supporting Cabot’s integrated approach to investing and development in the region.

Sally Box, Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific for Cabot Properties, commented on Ambriano’s hiring, stating, "Dom’s extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management makes him a perfect fit for driving Cabot’s growth in Australia. His in-depth understanding of the logistics market and his skills in capital management and sustainable development will strengthen our team’s ability to implement our investment strategy and expand our presence in one of the key logistics markets in the Asia-Pacific area."

With nearly two decades of experience in managing investments within Australia’s industrial and logistics real estate sector, Ambriano brings a wealth of knowledge in portfolio management, leasing, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. Before joining Cabot, he successfully managed over AUD 8 billion in industrial properties located on both Australia’s east and west coasts.

Most recently, Ambriano worked as an Investment Manager in Logistics at Lendlease, where he played a crucial role in capital raising, leasing, asset repositioning, and sustainability efforts, significantly enhancing Lendlease’s logistics platform across Australia. He also held leadership positions at LOGOS Property and AMP Capital Real Estate.

This strategic appointment aims to bolster Cabot’s efforts in the competitive logistics market of Australia, showcasing the company’s commitment to growth and sustainable practices in the region.
