The deal, which took place on January 31, 2025, was recorded in property registrations. The sprawling 6,830 sq. ft. apartment, situated on the 39th floor of Tower B, is now owned by Pallavi Jain and her associates, who paid a stamp duty of ₹4.8 crores. This transaction highlights the premium nature of property prices in one of Mumbai’s most affluent neighborhoods.
The 360 West Tower is known for its superior amenities and high-profile residents. Kumar and Khanna’s former home features four parking spaces and was sold at an eye-watering rate of ₹1,17,130 per sq. ft. This sale underscores Worli’s continued appeal as a prime location for wealthy buyers, thanks to its breathtaking sea views and convenient access to major business areas.
