He noted, \u201cNo matter what your daily routine looks like, whether juggling one job or multiple roles like a parent, it&#8217;s important to prioritize sleep. Quality sleep helps you perform your daily tasks more effectively and safely.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Dr. Haq, not getting enough sleep can lead to serious health issues, including heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and difficulties with focus.
