The mechanical elephant was unveiled during a ceremonial event at the temple, where it was welcomed with traditional rituals and the lively sounds of Mangala Vadhyam. This makes the temple the first in the Davanagere district to implement such innovative technology, allowing them to uphold rituals while ensuring animal welfare.<\/p>\n
The inauguration was attended by several notable figures, including Davanagere MLA Basavaraju V Shivaganga, who officially introduced the mechanical elephant. Others present included Dr. Dhananjaya Sarji, Range Forest Officer of Channagiri Range, former MLA Shwetha Viswanath, and K. Madal Virupakshappa. Spiritual leaders such as Renuka Shivacharaya Swamiji and Shri Rachoteshwara Shivacharaya Swamiji also marked the occasion with their presence.<\/p>\n
