Zeng pointed out that many countries share similar ethics in AI, focusing on human-centered development, transparency, fairness, safety, and privacy protection.<\/p>\n In 2023, a significant agreement on AI safety was reached when 28 countries and the European Union signed the Bletchley Declaration, marking a shared commitment to tackle AI safety globally.
