This book compiles valuable perspectives from some of the country’s foremost business leaders and innovators, reflecting on the journey of India’s private sector.<\/p>\n The celebration took place in Mumbai and featured a lively conversation hosted by the Young Leaders Forum (YLF), the youth affiliate of the ICC. Ankit Gupta, Chairperson of the YLF, moderated a discussion that included prominent figures such as Dr. Rajiv Kumar, a respected economist and former Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, and Shri Ajay Piramal, the Chairman of Piramal Group.<\/p>\n During the discussion, Ajay Piramal emphasized the significance of values in leadership. “While businesses may evolve, the core values should remain constant,” he stated. “Integrity, humility, and the willingness to take risks are essential for any leader.
