The company reported an EBITDA of INR 320 million, which is a 3% year-over-year increase but represents a 31% decline compared to the prior quarter. This decline is linked to seasonal trends in EdTech and annual employee appraisals, according to the firm.<\/p>\n<p>Suparna Mitra, managing director and CEO of TeamLease Services, noted in a press release, \u201cOur operating EBITDA has improved by 18% YoY, thanks to the performance of our Global Capability Centre (GCC) and enhanced operational efficiency.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mitra also commented on hiring trends, elaborating that while general staffing demands are softer, the company&#8217;s rate of adding new clients and productivity in hiring is steadily increasing. She emphasized that ongoing formal changes in the economy and a rising demand for talent solutions are transforming the job market.<\/p>\n<p>During this quarter, TeamLease added 127 new enterprise clients across its various business areas.<\/p>\n<p>In the specialized staffing segment, gross revenue grew by 21% year-over-year.
