This news comes from Alphaliner, highlighting the growing shipping options between these regions.<\/p>\n<p>The new service, named the India-Red Sea (IRS) service, will use three vessels, each capable of carrying around 1,900 TEUs. It will provide direct links between the port city of Jeddah and India&#8217;s west coast.<\/p>\n<p>The route for the IRS service includes stops at Jeddah, Mundra, and Nhava Sheva before returning to Jeddah.<\/p>\n<p>This new service will work alongside the existing IRM service, which is a partnership between Folk Maritime, CU Lines, and Marsa Ocean. The IRM service follows a different route, calling at Jeddah, Djibouti, Nhava Sheva, and Mundra before heading back to Jeddah.
