Salman Khan’s upcoming film, Maatrubhumi<\/strong>, previously known as Battle of Galwan<\/strong>, is facing delays as it awaits approval from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Reports indicate that the board has not yet granted the film a clearance certificate, which has put its release plans in doubt.<\/p>\n Originally scheduled to debut on April 17, just before Eid, the film’s release was postponed to target the Independence Day weekend in August. However, with certification still pending, missing this date seems likely as well.<\/p>\n Maatrubhumi<\/strong> is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Salma Khan under the Salman Khan Films banner. The movie stars Salman Khan as Colonel Santosh Babu, who led Indian troops during the 2020 clash in Galwan Valley. Chitrangda Singh plays the female lead, and Abhilash Chaudhary and Ankur Bhatia are also part of the cast.
