This comes after he sustained a quadriceps injury during the recent ODI series against Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>Reddy was expected to step in for Hardik Pandya, who is also dealing with a quadriceps issue and is currently unable to bowl a full quota of overs. According to a medical report, an MRI scan showed swelling and fiber disruption in Reddy&#8217;s left quadriceps. He has been advised to report for further evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s estimated that Reddy will need at least four weeks to recover, although this timeline could be extended. The 23-year-old has represented India in 10 Tests, 6 ODIs, and 4 T20Is, playing two ODIs in the Afghanistan series before missing the second match in Lucknow.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, bowling coach Morne Morkel believed the injury was not severe, but it seems to have developed into a bigger concern.
