This sale was confirmed through property registration documents and reportedly involves well-known casting director and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra as the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The apartments are situated in the prestigious Raheja Classique residential complex, a popular area in Mumbai. This transaction has garnered attention not just because of the celebrity involvement, but also due to the significant rise in property values over the years.<\/p>\n<p>According to the documents, two of the sold apartments each cover an area of 654.23 square feet and come with a designated parking space. They were sold for \u20b93.24 crores each, with a stamp duty of \u20b919.41 lakhs and registration charges of \u20b930,000 per unit.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the two smaller apartments, each measuring 246.06 square feet, were sold for \u20b91.21 crores each. For these, stamp duty was \u20b97.29 lakhs, along with registration charges of \u20b930,000.<\/p>\n<p>Geeta Sanon had originally purchased two of these apartments in 2013 for around \u20b91.40 crores. Kriti and Nupur acquired the remaining two in 2017 for approximately \u20b92.90 crores. Overall, the initial investment for all four apartments was about \u20b94.30 crores.<\/p>\n<p>With the recent sale price of \u20b98.9 crores, this reflects a significant appreciation in real estate values in the area over the past decade.<\/p>\n<p>On the work front, Kriti Sanon is busy with several upcoming projects, including the much-anticipated film <em>Cocktail 2<\/em>, co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna.
