Moreover, a 14-point increase in a person&#8217;s score correlated with a 20% lower risk of hospitalization or death from COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Specific health factors, such as higher physical activity, healthy body weight, normal blood pressure, and good sleep habits, were linked to a lower risk of severe illness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Healthy Habits Help Manage Stress<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The study focused on adults without existing cardiovascular disease, aiming to highlight how heart health influences the body\u2019s response to infections.
