During the meeting, Akhtar, who joined via Zoom from London, provided details of the situation alongside producer Ritesh Sidhwani.<\/p>\n<p>Pandit shared that they had reached out to Ranveer Singh multiple times over ten days to get his side of the story, but did not receive a response. Just before the press conference, they received an email claiming that FWICE should not be involved in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Birendra Nath Tiwari, another official, emphasized the impact of such a withdrawal, stating, &#8220;When a film is halted unexpectedly, it affects thousands of workers. This represents a significant loss.&#8221; He added that the federation aims to protect the rights of workers and producers alike, hence their decision to implement a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer until the issue is resolved.<\/p>\n<p>Ashok Dubey stated that all FWICE members, from directors to crew members, would cease working with Ranveer during this period.
