Real estate transactions by Bollywood stars often attract a lot of attention, especially in Mumbai’s upscale areas. Recently, actor Arbaaz Khan made headlines by selling a luxurious apartment in Andheri West for \u20b96.5 crores.<\/p>\n
As per the property registration details, this deal was officially recorded on May 5, 2026. The apartment is located in Tower B of Runwal Elegante, a prestigious residential complex in the Lokhandwala area near Infiniti Mall.<\/p>\n
This spacious apartment features a carpet area of 1,369 square feet and includes two dedicated parking spaces. The new owners also paid a stamp duty of around \u20b939 lakhs during the registration process.<\/p>\n
Andheri West, particularly the Lokhandwala neighborhood, is highly sought after by film and television stars due to its proximity to studios, restaurants, and various commercial hubs. It has become a favorite locale for actors, filmmakers, and other professionals in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n
Interestingly, this isn\u2019t Arbaaz Khan’s only property deal this year. Earlier in 2026, he purchased another apartment in Jogeshwari West for \u20b92.78 crores. According to documents from a property platform, this new apartment is on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road, featuring a carpet area of 1,243 square feet. This deal was registered on February 17, 2026, with stamp duty exceeding \u20b916 lakhs and a registration fee of \u20b930,000. This apartment also comes with two parking spaces.<\/p>\n
So far, Arbaaz Khan and his team haven’t made any public statements regarding these transactions.
