The bank claims these documents are protected by legal privilege, as shared in a letter to a US Senate committee from the lawyer managing the inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, UBS has narrowed the investigation&#8217;s focus and is currently reviewing another 388,000 pages to determine which parts can be blacked out, according to ombudsman Neil Barofsky.
