Before launching the company in 2015, he worked on automated trading systems on Wall Street, creating technology that processes large amounts of data and reacts quickly to changes\u2014where timing is everything.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Netomi provides services to prominent organizations such as Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, MetLife, Paramount, DraftKings, the NBA, and Ingram Micro. The platform utilizes models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, rather than developing its own underlying technology. Notably, it enhances customer interactions in the United Airlines mobile app, efficiently managing a high volume of requests.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike traditional support systems, Netomi actively observes user behavior and adapts in real time. This proactive approach can resolve potential issues before they become larger problems.<\/p>\n<p>During peak times, such as major sporting events, the platform has impressively handled over 40,000 customer requests per second for DraftKings while achieving quick response times\u2014under three seconds\u2014and maintaining a 98% accuracy rate in understanding customer intent. <\/p>\n<p>Netomi aims to streamline interactions, reducing friction rather than merely managing it.
