This information comes from Statista, which analyzed data provided by the World Trade Organization.<\/p>\n<p>Among the top 30 exporting nations, Vietnam stands out as one of 11 Asian countries, alongside others like Singapore, which ranks 14th, and Thailand in 25th place.<\/p>\n<p>China continues to hold the top spot as the largest exporter globally, with exports totaling around $3.8 trillion last year. This is largely thanks to a vast array of free trade agreements that support its trade network. The United States follows in second place, boasting exports exceeding $2.2 trillion, fueled by significant sales in vehicles, oil, soybeans, and medical products. Germany comes in third, with exports valued at about $1.8 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>In the rankings, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Japan, Italy, and South Korea follow Germany, with export values ranging from around $709 billion to nearly $1 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>Vietnam&#8217;s performance in international trade has been commendable, with exports surpassing $470 billion for the first time, reflecting a growth of over 16% compared to the previous year. The nation also enjoyed a trade surplus exceeding $20 billion in 2025, contributing to its economic stability.<\/p>\n<p>Key exports driving this growth include electronics, computers, mobile phones and their components, machinery, and agricultural products. Over the past decade, Vietnam&#8217;s trade has skyrocketed from $100 billion in 2009 to a remarkable $930 billion last year. Currently, as of mid-April this year, total trade has already approached $300 billion.
