This important gathering, organized by Indiaspora, will take place at the JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort &amp; Spa.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026 Indiaspora Forum aims to foster relationships, share ideas, and drive collaboration on pressing global challenges. Attendees will engage in discussions covering a range of topics such as artificial intelligence, climate sustainability, philanthropy, geopolitics, and the evolving role of the Indian diaspora. The event will also celebrate India\u2019s rich cultural and literary heritage, highlighting shared values and identity.<\/p>\n<p>This gathering follows the success of last year\u2019s Indiaspora Forum for Good, which was held in the UAE and attracted over 500 leaders from 34 countries. According to M.R. Rangaswami, Founder and Chairman of Indiaspora, this year\u2019s forum in Bengaluru represents a key moment for India as it strengthens its position on the global stage, driven by a young population and limitless opportunities in technology and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Rangaswami noted, \u201cHosting the forum in India allows us to showcase the country\u2019s transformation and channel the optimism surrounding its future.\u201d He also stressed the importance of the diaspora, saying it offers a unique chance for global leaders to witness India\u2019s growth firsthand and connect with those driving change in the nation.<\/p>\n<p>The backdrop of the forum includes rising geopolitical tensions worldwide, particularly in the Middle East, which have escalated following recent violent events.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Director of Indiaspora, Sanjeev Joshipura, emphasized the need for collective action in light of global challenges. \u201cWe gather not despite a troubled world but because of it, to combine our experiences and resolve to address critical issues,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Event Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The forum kicks off on March 22 with a welcome dinner. Early participants can enjoy a celebrity golf tournament or a tour of Zampa Grover Vineyard, along with a visit to Sai Hospital. The day will culminate with an evening gathering called \u201cTaste &amp; Tunes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Formal discussions will commence on March 23 with a plenary session titled \u201cThe Diaspora Dividend,\u201d featuring renowned speakers like economist Gita Gopinath and others. The focus will then shift to philanthropy with a session on \u201cThe Next Billion in Giving,\u201d including noted philanthropists Rohini Nilekani and Amit Chandra.<\/p>\n<p>On March 24, topics will explore leadership and innovation with discussions led by notable figures such as Nandan Nilekani and tennis star Vijay Amritraj. Another intriguing session will tackle the future of work with the theme \u201cWill GenAI Kill the C-Suite?\u201d The day will also feature a session with spiritual leader Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.<\/p>\n<p>The forum will conclude on March 25 with the Indiaspora Global AI Summit, delving into the economic implications of artificial intelligence and its emerging role in the technology landscape.
