Speaking at a special gathering in Jerusalem, Goyal expressed gratitude to the Indian diaspora for their efforts in maintaining these ties.<\/p>\n Goyal, during his remarks shared on social media, said, \u201cIt was a pleasure to address the vibrant Indian community in Israel. We discussed the strong bond between our nations and recognized how both communities play a key role in enhancing our people-to-people connections.\u201d<\/p>\n He encouraged the diaspora to contribute to India\u2019s vision of \u201cViksit Bharat,\u201d as both India and Israel explore opportunities for collaboration.<\/p>\n Israel’s Minister of Economy, Nir Barkat, also participated in the event, calling it a \u201chistoric day for Israel\u2019s economy.\u201d Barkat highlighted Goyal\u2019s visit as the first by an Indian Minister of Economy and pointed out the substantial market opportunities that come from India\u2019s position as the world’s fifth-largest economy.<\/p>\n Goyal described his three-day visit to Israel as highly successful, stating that both industry leaders and government officials showed strong enthusiasm for deepening the partnership with India.
