He emphasized the importance of blending India\u2019s rich traditions with a modern, multicultural viewpoint. <\/p>\n Speaking to over 1,000 Indians gathered in Azerbaijan\u2019s capital, Dr. Pemmasani highlighted the crucial role that the diaspora plays in enhancing India\u2019s global influence and shaping its future. The attendees included professionals from various fields such as oil and gas, hospitality, and commodity trading, along with 380 Indian students studying in the region.<\/p>\n The minister praised the strong unity among the community, which is evident through the formation of multiple cultural and student organizations. Groups like the Indian Azerbaijan Association and the Baku Tamil Sangham help maintain cultural ties even when living far away from home.<\/p>\n Dr. Pemmasani also discussed India\u2019s rapid development in areas like digital technology, renewable energy, space exploration, and economic progress.
