He will also oversee various Research and Innovation Centers around the world and aim to strengthen collaborations with leading scientific institutions.<\/p>\n Dr. Lammers brings nearly three decades of experience to his new position. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Science Officer at PepsiCo, where he led a large global team focused on research and development. He was instrumental in creating popular products and advancing sustainability initiatives at the company. Prior to that role, he worked at Unilever, where he held various leadership positions and developed new technologies in personal care and home care products.<\/p>\n Dr. Lammers holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Delft University of Technology and a master\u2019s degree from Leiden University.
