On Thursday, parts of Delhi and Kashmir saw floodwaters rise as two rivers overflowed. Officials report that reservoirs are full and rivers are at critical levels, with Punjab experiencing a staggering 74% more rainfall in August compared to previous years\u2014a record high in 25 years.
