The BJP points out that Gandhi has yet to respond to the Election Commission&#8217;s (EC) invitation to formally affirm his claims in an affidavit. They suggested that if he truly lacks confidence in the election process, he should resign from his position in the Lok Sabha.<\/p>\n<p>This development comes a day after Gandhi chose not to meet with the Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka. He dismissed the idea of substantiating his accusations in the format required by the EC.
