Rajkummar Rao Takes on New Dark Comedy Project<\/strong><\/p>\n Rajkummar Rao is currently busy promoting his upcoming action-packed gangster film, Maalik<\/em>. At the same time, he is gearing up for an exciting new project\u2014a dark comedy for Netflix that promises a unique twist on the murder mystery genre.<\/p>\n The film will be directed by Aditya Nimbalkar, known for his gritty work in Sector 36<\/em>. This untitled project will venture into lighter yet quirky territories, focusing on a murder with a comedic twist. Filming is set to begin this month in Mumbai, with locations including 1 Aerocity in Marol and Film City in Goregaon.<\/p>\n A source close to the production shared that the shooting schedule is planned for two months. Rao was so captivated by the script that he decided to join as a co-producer. This marks his second production venture following Toaster<\/em>, another Netflix title that is expected to release later this year.<\/p>\n As excitement builds around the biopic of former cricketer Sourav Ganguly, which also features Rao, he’s found the perfect opportunity to fit in this new dark comedy.
