Khushi Kapoor, the daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and the late actress Sridevi, has recently bought a new apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 63 lakhs. This information comes from property registration documents that were reviewed.
The apartment is situated in the Samtadeep Building on 25th Road, a well-known residential area in the city. According to the registration details, the apartment spans a carpet area of 180 square feet and has a built-up area of 216 square feet.
Khushi purchased the property from Farooq Chagla, with the transaction officially recorded on September 1, 2026. The documents also specify that Rs 3.15 lakhs were paid as stamp duty for this sale.
Looking at the numbers, the purchase price works out to approximately Rs 35,000 per square foot based on the carpet area. When considering the built-up area, the price is close to Rs 29,167 per square foot. However, these calculations rely on the recorded value and may not necessarily reflect the current market trends in Bandra West.
Bandra West is a popular area in Mumbai, known for its excellent connectivity, social amenities, and proximity to key commercial zones. It is also a favored neighborhood for many Bollywood celebrities and affluent individuals.
Khushi Kapoor made her acting debut in 2023 with Zoya Akhtar’s film “The Archies” and has since been working to establish her presence in the film industry.
Bandra and the nearby Pali Hill area are particularly notable for being home to numerous high-profile residents, including many from the Bollywood scene.
