Actor Ali Fazal Opens Up About Finding Balance in Life and Work

Actor Ali Fazal recently shared his thoughts on the struggle of juggling his career in the film industry with his social life. In a heartfelt Instagram post, the star of the popular movie series Fukrey described himself as “imperfect” and acknowledged how his passion for cinema often leads him to miss important events like birthdays and gatherings.

Ali revealed that he sometimes finds it hard to express his feelings openly, but he always tries to show his loved ones that they matter to him in his own subtle ways. Reflecting on his recent project Raakh, he called the experience “an amazing ride.” He expressed gratitude for the people he worked with and said it became a significant part of his journey.

In his post, Ali shared, “It’s been an amazing ride with these beautiful people and the entire team of Raakh. Ironically, I’m not very expressive with the people I love… but in my own way, I make sure they know they are valued. I often miss out on birthdays and celebrations because I get lost in my dreams and the world of cinema. I may not be perfect, but I am strong, and I am always there to listen.”

Ali also emphasized the importance of storytelling in his life. He mentioned that understanding oneself often requires help from those around us, and Raakh had a profound impact on him in this regard. His post was filled with warmth, as he mentioned he didn’t want to forget anyone important to him and expressed his love for those who know him.

Additionally, he gave a shout-out to the designer who made his beautiful suit, humorously stating he plans to keep wearing it. Ali also recommended a song from the film Balan, inviting fans to give it a listen.

Raakh, a gripping crime thriller based on true events, tells the story of the tragic kidnapping case of Geeta and Sanjay Chopra. The series, which also stars Sonali Bendre and Aamir Bashir, premiered on Prime Video on June 12.
