New Delhi, June 14, 2026: Indian Men’s Hockey Team midfielder Manpreet Singh has made history by matching the impressive record of 412 international caps, previously held by former captain and current Hockey India President Dr. Dilip Tirkey. This milestone was achieved during the FIH Men’s Pro League match against the Netherlands in Rotterdam.
Currently, Manpreet stands out as the only active player with over 400 senior international caps, underscoring his remarkable commitment to the sport.
Reflecting on this achievement, Hockey India President Dr. Dilip Tirkey expressed his congratulations, stating, “This is a significant milestone for Manpreet, showcasing his dedication and hard work over the years.
