Delhi-NCR Implements Stage-I Measures to Combat Poor Air Quality

The air quality in the National Capital Region (NCR) has sharply declined, prompting the Sub-Committee on the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) to take action. They have decided to implement Stage-I measures immediately to help improve the air quality index (AQI).

These measures aim to minimize further deterioration of air quality, reflecting concerns over the ongoing pollution levels in the area. The public is encouraged to stay informed as these actions unfold to ensure everyone’s safety and health.

As air quality continues to be a pressing issue, local authorities are determined to tackle the problem seriously with these precautionary steps.
