Exponential Real Estate World Hosts Successful Hospitality Connect 2026 in Mumbai

Mumbai, Maharashtra, October 14 – Exponential Real Estate World, a premier platform in India aimed at bringing together top professionals from the real estate and infrastructure sectors, successfully organized Hospitality Connect 2026 on Saturday, October 10, at Hotel Ginger near Mumbai Airport, Vile Parle East. Originally planned as an intimate gathering for 150 VIP guests, the event surpassed expectations, attracting over 300 distinguished professionals from the hospitality industry, creating new opportunities for networking and collaboration.

Founded by Mr. Nikhil Shah, Exponential Real Estate World is a five-year-old initiative designed to tackle pressing challenges within the hospitality sector. The platform features 53 elite members from various segments of the real estate and infrastructure domains. Hospitality Connect 2026 aimed to unite key players in the hospitality ecosystem—hotel and restaurant owners, architects, real estate developers, and procurement specialists—under one roof.

The event was organized as a working day, rather than a conventional conference. Mr. Nikhil Jalan, a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of Nikhil Winfra Systems, oversaw the event’s flow and coordination. It included engaging panel discussions addressing critical industry issues, a curated exhibition showcasing unique products and services from member companies, and an energetic networking space fostering real business interactions.

A standout moment was a detailed presentation by Mr. Girish Wankhede on Online Reputation Management and Crisis Management tailored for the hospitality industry. This session highlighted the urgent need for hospitality stakeholders to effectively build and manage their brand reputation in the digital landscape, along with best practices for navigating crises—a topic resonating with many attendees.

The turnout was impressive, featuring notable figures such as Shri Paramjit Singh Ghai, Vice President of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India, Shri Vijay Shetty, President of AHAR, and Ar. Khozema Chitalwala, a leading architect in hospitality design. The presence of the Chairman and Founder of Pride Hotels Group as the Chief Guest added further recognition to the event. Board members of Exponential Real Estate World, including prominent architects, spent considerable time engaging with each exhibitor and participant.

The event was well-attended by other leading architects, including Alan Abraham and Mihir Desai. A unique and appreciated feature was the personalized photographs presented to each participant, which added a warm touch to the professional atmosphere.

Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing that the event was unlike any they had experienced in their careers. Participants praised the blend of elite professionals and the commitment to addressing industry challenges. Many labeled Exponential Real Estate World as India’s top platform for connecting different segments of real estate and hospitality, encouraging the organizers to continue offering such events in the future.

Mr. Nikhil Shah expressed his excitement, stating, “Hospitality Connect 2026 marks a pivotal moment for us. Our goal was to create a trustworthy platform that gathers every crucial stakeholder of the hospitality industry to collaboratively address challenges. The positive response reinforces our belief that focused gatherings can yield real business value. We deeply appreciate everyone who contributed to making this event a resounding success. This is only the beginning, and we look forward to organizing similar impactful events for the healthcare and education sectors soon.”

The event was curated by Mr. Tusharr Vyas, with marketing assistance from Mr. Mansoor Ali and Mr. Girish Wankhede, who is also part of the Exponential Real Estate World Executive Committee. The agency Entity One ESPL played a vital role in managing social media, brand presence, and ensuring significant coverage before and after the event across leading news platforms.

Hospitality Connect 2026 has firmly established Exponential Real Estate World as a new force in redefining the connections and collaborations within the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Exponential Real Estate World serves as a networking and knowledge-sharing platform in Mumbai, linking elite real estate professionals, architects, designers, developers, and associated experts through impactful meetings and summits. Founded by Mr. Nikhil Shah, the platform emphasizes trust, knowledge exchange, and fostering genuine business opportunities.
