This news comes on the heels of recent activities by the Income Tax Department, which conducted searches at 12 locations tied to Bhagnani, his daughter-in-law and actress Rakul Preet Singh, and Panorama Studios. Reports indicate that investigators are looking into allegations that funds might have been improperly sent overseas under the guise of financing film projects. Several teams are reportedly busy analyzing documents, financial records, and details of suspected overseas transactions. The searches also involved locations associated with Panorama Studios, which is led by producer Kumar Mangat Pathak. The specific nature of the financial dealings under investigation has not been disclosed.
