Actor Akshay Oberoi has achieved a personal milestone by acquiring a beautiful farmhouse in Karjat, marking a successful year in 2026 for him. The property, valued at around Rs 3 crores, has been under construction for about 1.5 years and is now finished.
Tucked away in the picturesque landscapes of Karjat, this farmhouse will serve as a retreat for Akshay and his family. While landscaping is still ongoing, he has already begun to enjoy time at the residence with his loved ones.
Describing the significance of his new home, Akshay stated, “This farmhouse is more than just a piece of real estate; it’s my sanctuary. It’s a place for me to escape the hustle and bustle of Mumbai and reconnect with myself and my family. Having a home surrounded by nature has always been a dream of mine. It’s calming and provides an ideal getaway from my busy life. The moments spent here with my wife and son are truly priceless. It’s a space for me to relax, recharge, and savor the simple pleasures of life.”
Recently, Akshay celebrated Christmas and New Year at the farmhouse with close friends and family, kickstarting his new journey at this peaceful retreat, which he envisions as a break from the fast-paced life in Mumbai.
Reflecting on his journey from Jersey to Mumbai and now owning a home in Karjat, Akshay expressed gratitude for his achievements. “I feel incredibly blessed. This farmhouse wouldn’t have been possible without the successful projects I’ve worked on lately. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come and all that I have to be thankful for,” he shared.
