John Abraham Purchases Luxurious Bungalow in Bandra for ₹84 Crores

Actor John Abraham has recently expanded his real estate holdings by purchasing an exclusive bungalow in the upscale Bandra (West) area of Mumbai. Official documents reveal that this significant transaction was recorded on July 14, 2026, with the purchase price set at ₹84 crores.

Located on St Martin Road, the property is in one of Mumbai’s most desirable residential areas, known for its high-end homes and a community that includes numerous celebrities from the film industry. The bungalow sits on a 1,017.60-square-metre plot and has a built-up area of around 193.12 square metres, along with an outhouse of approximately 31.50 square metres.

This acquisition adds to the growing list of high-profile real estate deals involving Bollywood stars, with Bandra (West) firmly established as a top choice for luxury residential investments.

While John tends to keep his private life out of the media, he frequently makes headlines with his diverse film roles and business ventures. His career boasts a mix of action films, politically charged dramas, and mainstream hits, showcasing his versatility as an actor. Recently, he appeared in the political thriller The Diplomat and then in the action movie Tehran, further solidifying his reputation for choosing meaningful projects alongside commercial ones.

Looking ahead, John has some exciting films in the works. He will portray Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria in an upcoming untitled film that focuses on the life of the renowned officer. This project has garnered significant interest from fans eager to see him embody another real-life figure.

Additionally, fans can look forward to John returning as ACP Yashvardhan Singh in Force 3, the third installment of the popular action series. This movie is anticipated to continue the intense action and storytelling that fans have come to love in the previous films.

With a major property purchase and an exciting lineup of films on the horizon, John Abraham is certainly making waves both on-screen and off.
