Jio Haptik Introduces Solo: AI Support for Small Businesses
Jio Haptik has unveiled Solo, a new AI-driven platform aimed at helping entrepreneurs and small businesses simplify their marketing, sales, and customer support tasks. Backed by Reliance Jio, this innovative tool seeks to provide accessible AI solutions for entrepreneurs who often operate with limited resources. Over the next three years, Jio Haptik plans to assist more than two million solopreneurs and small businesses.
Solo is available for both Android and iOS users with a free plan, while its paid options start at ₹2,000 per month. The platform is particularly useful for businesses that rely heavily on social media channels like Instagram and WhatsApp. Solo supports a variety of small ventures, including home-based businesses, boutiques, clinics, salons, freelancers, and direct-to-consumer sellers.
The platform automates a range of tasks such as creating content, engaging customers, generating leads, and providing support.
Features of Jio Haptik Solo
Unlike traditional AI tools that only respond when asked, Solo operates like a dedicated AI business team. It features two key AI members: Tara, who focuses on marketing, and Ved, who manages sales and customer support.
New users can integrate their website or Instagram page, or simply upload product images. Solo will then analyze the business and automatically create marketing strategies, generate content for social media, design product images and videos, run ads, and respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp. Business owners retain control, as they can review and approve all actions before they take place.
