In February 2026, it was announced that the much-anticipated trailer for Dhurandhar: The Revenge would be released on March 5 at the famous Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. However, there has been a small change in the schedule.
Sources now report that the trailer is set to drop earlier than expected, on March 3, coinciding with the colorful festival of Holi. Unlike the first launch event, this time there won’t be a physical gathering; the trailer will be released online.
The original Dhurandhar film had launched its trailer in front of an enthusiastic crowd of 2,000 fans, contributing to its significant buzz. This initial film featured a gripping story about an Indian spy who deeply infiltrates Pakistan’s criminal underbelly, causing chaos and earning widespread attention. It was a box office hit, surpassing expectations and eventually becoming the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2025.
The sequel, set to release on March 19, boasts an impressive cast, including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. Directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Jyoti Deshpande of Jio Studios along with Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar from B62 Studios, fans are eagerly waiting for this next installment.
Furthermore, Dhurandhar: The Revenge will face tough competition at the box office with another highly awaited film, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. This movie, directed by Geetu Mohandas, features Yash from KGF alongside stars like Kiara Advani and Nayanthara. Its trailer is scheduled to be revealed on March 8 during a grand event in Bengaluru.
As the excitement builds for both films, audiences are in for a thrilling time at the movies!
