In an impressive move within Mumbai’s real estate market, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has purchased two luxurious apartments in Prabhadevi for a total of ₹36.57 crore. This information comes from property registration records reviewed recently.

The transaction was completed in October 2025 and is seen as an expansion of the company’s influence beyond filmmaking. Led by producer Sajid Nadiadwala, the entertainment firm is celebrated for its blockbuster movies, and now it appears to have a taste for high-end properties.

The new apartments are located in the Hubtown Twenty-Five South building, a notable high-rise in South Mumbai that offers stunning sea views and top-notch amenities. The first apartment is valued at ₹18.57 crore and covers an area of 222.13 square meters (approximately 2,390 square feet), plus additional space. The purchase also includes two parking spaces, with stamp duty and registration fees totaling ₹1.14 crore.

The second unit, priced at ₹18 crore, has a similar area of 221.30 square meters (around 2,382 square feet) along with extra space and two parking slots. The associated costs for stamp duty and registration are around ₹1.08 crore.

Located in the upscale Prabhadevi area, these properties are perfectly situated near major landmarks like the Siddhivinayak Temple and offer easy access to business districts such as Bandra-Kurla Complex and Lower Parel.

With a portfolio that includes successful films like Kick, Housefull, Heropanti, and Bawaal, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment is not just building a legacy in cinema. Their latest investment in luxury real estate signifies their growing stature in Mumbai’s elite property market as well, showcasing that their success extends well beyond the screen.
