Kriti Sanon is making headlines again with her recent luxury property investment in Mumbai. The talented actress has bought a stunning sea-facing duplex penthouse in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra West. This lavish property, located in the Supreme Prana residential complex, set her back over ₹78.20 crores, marking one of her most extravagant real estate purchases yet.

The new penthouse spans the 14th and 15th floors and covers an impressive 6,636 square feet, complete with an additional open terrace of 1,209 square feet on the top floor. The property is valued at approximately ₹1.18 lakh per square foot and comes with six exclusive car parking spaces. The deal was partially made with her mother, and the total investment, including stamp duty of ₹3.91 crores and other charges, exceeds ₹84.16 crores. One of the highlights of this luxury residence is the exclusive terrace rights, offering Kriti breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea.

This isn’t Kriti’s first venture into Mumbai’s real estate market. Last year, she purchased a four-bedroom apartment in Bandra West for ₹35 crores and also invested in a 2,000 square foot plot in Alibaug, a sought-after retreat for celebrities. With this latest acquisition, Kriti is building an impressive portfolio of high-value properties in the city’s elite real estate scene.

On the work front, Kriti is gearing up for some exciting film projects. She will be starring alongside Dhanush in Aanand L. Rai’s romantic drama, “Tere Ishk Mein,” which delves into themes of love and obsession. Fans can also look forward to her next project, “Cocktail 2,” directed by Homi Adajania, promising yet another standout performance from the actress.

Kriti Sanon continues to impress both on-screen and off, blending her high-profile film roles with wise real estate investments. Her new sea-facing penthouse in Pali Hill not only highlights her luxurious lifestyle but also showcases her growing interest in premium properties that ensure both elegance and privacy.
