The much-anticipated cricket match between India and Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy is about to kick off at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, and Bollywood star Sunny Deol will be there to cheer on his country. Known for his strong performances on-screen, Deol plans to take advantage of this high-profile sporting event to promote his new film, Jaat. Given the massive global audience that watches such matches, his presence will provide a valuable platform for the film’s promotion.

Jaat marks Sunny Deol’s return after his blockbuster Gadar 2, which grossed over ₹525 crore at the box office. This new film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, a company recognized for supporting major hits in South Indian cinema, including the Pushpa films. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, Jaat is anticipated to be an electrifying mass entertainer that many fans are eagerly looking forward to.

Mythri Movie Makers recently took to social media to confirm Deol’s attendance at the match. They posted a promotional image for Jaat, stating, "@iamsunnydeol Paaji is all set to make his presence felt in the Ind vs Pak match tomorrow. Virodhi ko padegi vaat, Bharat ko support karne aaraha hai Jaat," which translates to Sunny Deol supporting India against the rivals.

Jaat is scheduled to release on April 10, 2025, and features a star-studded cast including Randeep Hooda, Regina Cassandra, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Zarina Wahab, and Ayesha Khan.

With all eyes on the thrilling match, Sunny Deol’s appearance is sure to add an extra layer of excitement for both cricket fans and movie enthusiasts alike.
