Women Entrepreneurs Unite for New Digital Platform
ASTANA – At the recent gathering of the Women Entrepreneurs Board (WEB) under the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), an important cooperation agreement was signed. This agreement aims to launch the Turkic Business Hub, a digital platform designed to foster business growth, particularly for women in the Turkic countries. The event took place on November 19 during the third WEB general assembly and the Turkic World Business Women Forum.
The Turkic Business Hub is set to provide a supportive environment for entrepreneurs, enhance trade relationships, and create new avenues for women-led enterprises. This platform will establish a digital ecosystem that standardizes business regulations and encourages collaborative large-scale infrastructure projects. Additionally, it will offer educational resources and consulting services aimed at improving business operations and increasing access to global markets.
The platform also includes a mentoring system, allowing new entrepreneurs to connect with seasoned leaders for guidance and knowledge exchange. Furthermore, it will feature e-commerce solutions and financing options to make capital more accessible, accelerating the launch of new business initiatives.
In its initial two to three years, the hub aims to kick off over 100 collaborative business projects and increase trade transactions among the participating nations.
The forum saw nearly 200 attendees from Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Uzbekistan, including entrepreneurs, investors, specialists, and government representatives. Throughout the event, discussions focused on how to support women’s businesses and enhance cooperation in key economic sectors.
