On Thursday, Prime Video, in partnership with Excel Entertainment, released the trailer for their upcoming Hindi film titled Agni. This film tells the inspiring story of firefighters, a topic not often explored in Hindi cinema. Directed and written by National Award-winning filmmaker Rahul Dholakia, Agni is a heartfelt tribute to the bravery, dedication, and sacrifices made by these heroes. The film stars Pratik Gandhi and Divyenndu in key roles, with Saiyami Kher, Sai Tamhankar, Jitendra Joshi, Udit Arora, and Kabir Shah in supporting roles.

Director Rahul Dholakia expressed his excitement, saying, "With Agni, I am proud to tell a story that honors the courage of our firefighters while also exploring their emotional journeys. These real-life heroes go beyond just fighting fires—they save lives, respond to emergencies, and face numerous challenges with great determination. This film is a salute to their sacrifices and resilience, and I hope it encourages everyone to appreciate these selfless individuals."

Actor Pratik Gandhi shared his enthusiasm for the project, noting, "I’m thrilled to be reuniting with Prime Video and Excel Entertainment for Agni, a film that is close to my heart. This isn’t just a movie; it’s a celebration of the bravery of firefighters, who are truly unsung heroes. Portraying a character that reflects their resilience has been transformative, and I can’t wait for audiences to experience this powerful story."

Divyenndu Sharma also expressed his feelings about the film, saying, "After my journey in Mirzapur, releasing Agni on Prime Video feels like coming home, especially working with Excel Entertainment once again. In this film, I play a cop, exploring the intense world of firefighters. This role allows me to dive deep into a hero’s personal sacrifices, and I believe Agni will resonate with audiences around the world."

The much-anticipated film is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 240 other countries and territories on December 6.
